Pilates is a class combining muscle strengthening, flexibility and relaxation exercises. Every movement starts from the powerhouse (our deep abdominal and dorsal muscles). Sheer willpower allows us to achieve a state of high concentration and enables us to use our muscles in an optimal way. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner’s specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
Want to become a star on the dancefloor? In our latin and ballroom lessons you can dance together with your partner, husband, wife, friend,…. We will teach you several Latin American and Ballroom dances… that are being danced as a couple. The Latin Dances consist of samba, chacha, rumba, passo doble and jive whereas the Ballroom Dances consist of Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slowfox and Quickstep. You don’t have to worry about rhythm, experience or talent. We will teach you the steps and movements of every dance. We’re sure you will love dancing with your partner.

Using our motor skills modules, activity structures and other rockers and ride-ons, children can become aware of their bodies, develop their physical skills and their sense of balance in complete safety.
Our kid’s lessons are a sports activity, focused on the development of children’s psychometric and rhythmical capacities, as well as flexibility and equilibrium, improving their overall posture. During our lessons, children will live through a series of motor experiences through play and dancing.

Meditation will help you focus on your emotions, thoughts and sensations in an accepting and non-intentional way. Meditation is gaining a growing popularity as a practice in daily life. Being defined as moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment, characterized mainly by “acceptance” – attention to thoughts and feelings without judging whether they are wright or wrong. Meditation focuses the human brain on what is being sensed at each moment, instead of on its normal rumination on the past or on the future.
